Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19 shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing and delivery of your order. We appreciate your understanding. Stay healthy! xx 

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. In the case of a sale, processing may take an additional 4-5 days.

Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available. If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is ready to go!

A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Check your spam inbox, sometimes emails arrive there.

Potter & Pehar is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses.

Potter & Pehar cannot estimate or guarantee exact delivery dates or times, these may vary. Delays can and may occur via our postal and courier services.
Friday orders are shipped out on the following Monday.

SHIPPING COSTS

We have always done our best to supplement or cover shipping costs for you, unfortunately with a steady increase in shipping costs we are unable to cover what we used to 

Canada: Please allow 1- 4 business days for shipping. Shipping is calculated at check-out based on best available rates from Canada Post and supplemented by Shopify.

International (excluding U.S.): Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Shipping internationally is $15 CAD and includes partial tracking to the U.S. Once your item is shipped from the U.S. it will no longer be tracked beyond that point. Potter & Pehar is not responsible for international orders which do not arrive at their destination. These charges are at the customer’s expense. Potter & Pehar is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes and/or duties that may be due at the time of delivery.

We are unable to process and ship orders to the United States at this time. Any orders placed from the U.S.A. will be cancelled and refunded with our apologies.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your order! Remember it takes practice for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your ring sling. We're always here to help. Check out our Learn Page or you can email or Direct Message us on Instagram.

All sales through our website are final sale due to the intimate nature of our products and in consideration of safety. We carefully examine each product to ensure quality production.

Should you identify any manufacturing defects, you are entitled to an exchange within 14 days after delivery. The product must be returned new and unused, in original packaging with all original tags and labels. Original proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. We are unable to exchange products purchased from other vendors.

Email hello@potterandpehar.com with the subject “Exchange” and add your name, order number, description and photo of the defect in the email body. Do not mail the sling until a confirmation email has been received by Potter & Pehar to confirm that the purchase is eligible for an exchange.

In the event a product is sold out, Potter & Pehar will provide alternate product availability to you or refund the amount of purchase.
